Refunds do not include order delivery costs (unless otherwise stated, such as in the case of faulty items) or return shipping. If you have paid with PayPal, you may be eligible for free return shipping on your order through PayPal. See full details here.
Full refunds (including postage) will be offered regardless of supplier for any goods arriving faulty or damaged, as per consumer law.

Fairy Pole Mother
We happily accept returns for an exchange or refund (excluding shipping cost) for sizing issues (not change of mind), provided the following requirements are met;
- The item(s) are returned within 30 business days of you receiving them.
- The item(s) are in their original condition. All tags must be attached and packaging intact.
- Item(s) must not be worn, washed or altered.
Returns will not be accepted if the above requirements aren’t met.
Shipping costs incurred by returning or exchanging an item, are not covered by Fairy Pole Mother.
Playful Cat Pole Wear
Playful Cat Pole Wear will happily accept returns for an exchange or refund (excluding shipping cost) if the item/s you have ordered do not fit correctly, are not as described or may be faulty in any way, provided the following requirements are met;
- The item(s) are returned within 14 business days of you receiving them.
- The item(s) are in their original condition. All tags must be attached.
- Item(s) must not be worn, washed or altered.
Unfortunately, they cannot accept the return if the above requirements have not been met.
Shoes (all brands)
Please test your shoes only on carpet and be careful not to crease or mark the uppers.
Clearance and Sale shoes are non refundable.
If you wish to return your shoes for a refund, the shoes and packaging must be in brand new condition and returned within 30 days of the date you received your order. Refund will be granted once the shoes have been confirmed as in brand new condition. Only the cost of shoes will be refunded (not postage).
Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
Rarr Designs
Rarr Designs understand selecting the right style and size online can be a difficult one. Rarr Designs happily accept returns for an exchange or full refund (excluding shipping cost), provided the following requirements are met;
- The item(s) are returned within 60 business days of you receiving them.
- The item(s) are in their original condition. All tags must be attached.
- Item(s) must not be worn, washed or altered.
Returns will not be accepted if the above requirements aren’t met.
Shipping costs incurred by returning an item, are not covered by Rarr Designs. However if a new size is requested, Rarr Designs will cover the shipping cost when sending you the new item(s).

Juicee Peach
Juicee Peach offer a no questions asked 30 day exchange or refund return policy if you are unhappy with your purchase. The following conditions apply.
- All garments must be returned unused, unworn and in original packaging
- A return form must be requested, completed and enclosed
- Any promotional item or gift included in the purchase must be returned together with your return
- Postage costs are to be covered by the purchaser
If the item is faulty and deemed faulty after inspection and a copy of the postage receipt is enclosed then postage costs will be refunded.

Backbone Polewear
- Returns will only be accepted if the item is unwashed, unworn and in its original packaging.

- Only if the item is faulty and deemed faulty after inspection and a copy of the postage receipt is provided then postage costs will be refunded.
Exterior – Aesthetic Defects: The customer is obliged during the receipt to unpack and check the products to confirm the absence of external or aesthetic defects. If defects exist, they are entitled not to receive the item and return it to the distributor, otherwise they lose any right to reimbursement. The Company is required in a short time to make the replacement of the product with a new one. In case of unconditional acceptance of the goods, it is considered that this was delivered in excellent condition without external aesthetic defects.
Return products-company charged: The return of products is charged to the company in cases of delivery of other than the pre-ordered items and if the products in the package are completely damaged.
In the case of a charge of company product return, the products must be returned in the condition received (unworn and unwashed items with the original receipt) by the customer and in the time agreed. Any delay by the customer is only justified for reasons of force majeure, otherwise the right to replacement under this condition is quenched.
The return of the product to be replaced should occur along with all the documents accompanying the product and also full packaging.
Lupit Pole
It is the customer’s responsibility to examine the consignments of goods upon arrival for correct quality, description, shortages, plus any transit damage. Claims MUST be made in writing to us within 3 days of receipt of goods or within 14 days of the invoice date where the goods have become lost in transit.
Claims in respect of alleged faulty goods, shortages or non-delivery shall not be grounds for withholding payment of accounts and shall not give the customer the right to offset/contra against payments made to us. Once the parcel is received, please check for any damage on the outside of the package. And please make a remark on the delivery note, before signing it, and after contact us.
If the content is damaged, once you open the parcel, and no damage is shown on the outside of the parcel, also make a remark on the delivery note, and contact us. Damage may occur during transport.
Fairy Pole Mother and Lupit Pole will not accept packing and carriage charges for customer returns unless agreed by a Director.
Refunds will be made on the receipt of the goods once the warranty claim is agreed. Proof of return (registered post or similar) should be retained as no refund or exchange can be made until the goods are received. Any claim against Fairy Pole Mother or Lupit Pole by a purchaser of its products arising out of the condition or quality of said products shall be made in writing to Fairy Pole Mother within ten (10) days of the delivery/shipment of said goods and merchandise and a failure to present such claim within the said ten (10) days shall constitute a waiver of such claim.
Kind note
Once the parcel is received, please check for any damage on the outside of the package. And please make a remark on the delivery note, before signing it, and after contact us.
If the content is damaged, once you open the parcel, and no damage is shown on the outside of the parcel, also make a remark on the delivery note, and contact us.
Damage may occur during transport.
Also we would kindly like to remind you that when our goods leave our warehouse, we are not responsible for any delays or different ways of deliveries that might occur because of the shipper.
It is the buyer responsibility to track the order and check whether the order was delivered to their address, or to parcel shops. If the order was delivered to a parcel shop, please contact your local courier, whit which the order was sent for further instructions. It is not our responsibility to track the order, or to getting in contact with local couriers.
If the order was or not picked up or refused customers will be responsible for both way shipping and handling charges.
The Buyer have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
