How long until my order is sent out?
Generally items are dispatched within 3 business days. There are some products with delays due to backorders, which are displayed on the product page. Eg, shoes are 4-6 weeks, some clothing brands are 3-4 weeks.

I only received part of my order, where is the rest?
Some orders are sent out from different locations, you may receive multiple shipments.

Do you have a store I can collect from or try something on?
